Even though Stim tells you, when purchasing, that we don't offer refunds for subscriptions (in 3 separate places during the checkout flow), we do this to help keep out scammers and fraudsters. You would be amazed how many people try to get free service. We do not offer refunds on stim-bucks.

You can request a pro-rated refund for the time remaining on a subscription in the Stim Wallet.
- Cancel your subscription in the stim wallet (stim.io/apps/wallet). In this state, you can continue using your subscription until it expires.

Click "Refund" on your subscription to view the proposed refund
To prevent people from purchasing a 6-month or annual plan (to get the discount over monthly) and then cancelling each month (abusing the discount), annual plans are rounded up to the next 6 months. 6-Month plans are rounded up to the next month. Monthly plan pro-rated refunds are rounded up to the next day.
