Subscriptions: You can get a pro-rated refund offer for the time remaining on subscriptions below:
You can request a pro-rated refund for the time remaining on a subscription in the Stim Wallet.
- Cancel your subscription in the stim wallet (stim.io/apps/wallet). In this state, you can continue using your subscription until it expires.

Stim-Bucks: You can get a refund for unspent stim bucks within 180 days back to the original payment method by clicking the "Refund Unspent Stim-Bucks button below:

Note: Stim-Bucks can only be refunded to the payment method used to make the purchase. This is to prevent money laundering in line with AML (anti-money laundering) practices. Refunds are not available for all purchase methods, such as some buy now, pay later 3rd party payment methods.
To prevent people from purchasing a 6-month or annual plan (to get the discount over monthly) and then cancelling each month (abusing the discount & up-front data cap), annual plans are rounded up to the next 6 months. 6-Month plans are rounded up to the next month. Monthly plan pro-rated refunds are rounded up to the next day.
