Stim.io may occasionally offer refunds to subscribers (never pay as you go) if we are able to identify an issue which was caused by our service which violates our SLA. In this rare case, refunds are typically partial, and only cover the time in which the customer was unable to use the service. Given that our service is powered by AWS which has a 99.999% uptime performance guarantee, this is almost never the case.
For example, if a monthly subscriber experienced a bug our team verified which prevented them from being able to use the service for 1 day, they may be offered a partial refund equal to their monthly fee divided by the number of days in the month.
Like all PC manufactures (cloud of physical), Stim does not offer refunds if a particular game has a bug and or is not supported. Unlike game consoles, PC games don't guarantee they will work with any set of hardware, but PC game storefronts such at Steam will often give you a refund on the game if it is not working on your PC.
We also do not offer refunds for performance issues caused by your local device or internet connection such as stuttering and poor stream quality.
An example of this on Stim.io is League of Legends: https://stimsocial.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/28239956958355-League-of-Legends-Unsupported-Operating-System
