You may have longer than usual Slow Start loading times in 2X Data regions if you have not started a specific Cloud PC in that region for over 24 hours. Data consumed towards your data cap in these regions will also be doubled at the end of your session.
For example, if you used 100GB of networking data in this region, at the end of your session it will show 200GB used towards your monthly data cap https://stim.io/data_plans.
Why?
Regions which show 2X Data are very new, much smaller Edge data centers typically located in urban areas with limited resources which have higher hardware, power, and bandwidth costs to Stim.
